Mat
Co-Director
Mat is a co-director of Everbloom Support and has four years of experience working in disability support.
That hands-on experience shapes how Everbloom works. Mat believes good support should help people do more for themselves, building the skills, confidence and independence to live the life they choose, rather than simply having things done for them.
He is committed to support that is reliable, respectful and genuinely personal, where participants feel heard and comfortable with the people supporting them. Mat remains closely involved in the day-to-day running of Everbloom Support.
Lauren
Co-Director
Lauren is a co-director of Everbloom Support and brings eight years of experience working in disability support.
Her experience is at the heart of Everbloom's personalised approach: taking the time to understand each participant, their goals, routines and preferences, so support fits the person rather than the other way around.
As co-director, Lauren works alongside Mat to lead Everbloom Support and keep it the kind of provider they would want for their own families: small enough to know every participant, and focused on getting the details right.
