Looking for a support worker?

We're welcoming new participants. Talk to Mat, Lauren and the team about the support you need and the days and times that suit you.

Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by arrangement, including daytime, evening, weekend and overnight shifts. Times depend on worker availability and suitability, and are agreed with you before support begins. We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, and cannot directly provide supports paid from NDIA-managed funding.

Everbloom Support was created with a simple idea: disability support should feel personal. As a growing local provider, we aim to keep the personal relationships and consistency that can sometimes be lost in larger organisations — good support comes from taking the time to understand the person, finding the right workers, and helping participants build a life that reflects what matters to them.

How It Works

Starting Support Shouldn't Be Complicated

Three steps from your first call to your first shift. Support starts only after you've met your worker at a meet-and-greet and agreed the details in a service agreement.

  1. Get in Touch

    Call, send a short enquiry or make a referral. We'll ask your suburb, how your NDIS plan is managed and what support you're after.

  2. Tell Us What You Need

    We learn about your goals, support needs, routine and preferences, and check we have a suitable worker for the days and times you need.

  3. Start Your Support

    You meet your worker at a meet-and-greet, we put a service agreement in place, and you get started with confidence.

Common Questions

Everbloom Support is an unregistered NDIS provider. This means we currently work with self-managed and plan-managed participants. We cannot directly provide supports paid from NDIA-managed funding. Your support coordinator or the NDIA can explain which providers are eligible for the funding you want to use.
