Enquiries Welcome

Looking for a support worker?

We welcome new support enquiries. Meet Mat and our team, available to discuss shifts.

Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by arrangement, including daytime, evening, weekend and overnight shifts. Times depend on worker availability and suitability, and are agreed with you before support begins. We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, and cannot directly provide supports paid from NDIA-managed funding.

Support that comes to you

We deliver support in participants' homes and communities. Our administrative office in Gorokan is not open to clients, so you never need to visit it — enquire by phone, email or our online form. Whether you live in the northern Central Coast or further south, we will discuss your location, goals and the workers available for your preferred shifts.

Let us know whether your support is mainly at home or involves travel between suburbs. We discuss timing, travel arrangements and any relevant costs before confirming a worker and schedule.

Support from the northern lakes to Brisbane Water

The Central Coast covers lakeside, coastal and town-centre suburbs. Here is how support could fit around each part, always shaped around your goals and the supports in your NDIS plan.

What happens after you get in touch

How an enquiry can become regular support, step by step.

  1. Tell us what you need

Call 0422 528 300, send an enquiry or ask your support coordinator to make a referral. Your suburb, the help you are looking for and your preferred days and times are plenty to start with.

  2. We talk it through

We get to know your goals, routine and preferences, and check how your NDIS plan is managed. We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants.

  3. We look for the right worker

We work to match you with a worker who suits your personality, needs and preferences, and aim for consistency once a good match is found. You can request a male or female support worker, subject to availability and suitability. Times depend on worker availability and suitability.

  4. Meet and agree the details

You meet your worker at a meet-and-greet. Days, times, travel, costs and a realistic start date are set out in a service agreement before support begins.

  5. Support starts and grows with you

If a worker isn't the right fit, tell us and we will work with you to find a better one. Support is reviewed as your goals, circumstances or NDIS plan change.

Common questions

Do you cover the whole Central Coast?

Yes. We support self-managed and plan-managed participants from the northern lakes, including Gorokan, Toukley and Budgewoi, down to Gosford, Erina and Woy Woy. See the full suburb list on our Service Areas page, or contact us to check your suburb.

Can someone come with me to hospital or health appointments?

Yes. Appointments support can include being with you during the appointment itself, for example at Wyong Hospital, Gosford Hospital or your GP, and transport assistance can be arranged alongside your other supports. This is planned support, not an emergency service: in an emergency, call 000.

Who we support

We support participants aged 9 years and older, subject to their needs and a suitable worker match. Everbloom Support is an unregistered NDIS provider, working with self-managed and plan-managed participants. We cannot directly provide supports paid from NDIA-managed funding. We discuss your support needs, preferences and funding before agreeing to services.

Participants and family members can enquire directly or call 0422 528 300. Support coordinators, plan managers and allied health professionals can use our referral form.
