Enquiries Welcome

Looking for a support worker?

We welcome new support enquiries. Meet Mat and our team, available to discuss shifts.

Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by arrangement, including daytime, evening, weekend and overnight shifts. Times depend on worker availability and suitability, and are agreed with you before support begins. We work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, and cannot directly provide supports paid from NDIA-managed funding.

A local business, based in Gorokan

Gorokan is Everbloom Support's business base. It is an administrative office rather than a shopfront, so it is not open to clients and you never need to visit it. Support happens in your home and community, and you can reach us by phone, email or our online form.

Whether you live in Gorokan itself or a neighbouring suburb, let us know your preferred days and the kind of help you are looking for. We will confirm worker availability, travel and any relevant costs with you before support begins.

Support around our Gorokan base

Gorokan faces Tuggerah Lake and Budgewoi Lake, with Charmhaven, Lake Haven, Kanwal and Toukley as neighbours. Here are some ways support could fit around life in this part of the Central Coast.

What happens after you get in touch

How an enquiry can become regular support, step by step.

  1. Tell us what you need

Call 0422 528 300, send an enquiry or ask your support coordinator to make a referral. Your suburb, the help you are looking for and your preferred days and times are plenty to start with.

  2. We talk it through

We get to know your goals, routine and preferences, and check how your NDIS plan is managed. We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants.

  3. We look for the right worker

We work to match you with a worker who suits your personality, needs and preferences, and aim for consistency once a good match is found. You can request a male or female support worker, subject to availability and suitability. Times depend on worker availability and suitability.

  4. Meet and agree the details

You meet your worker at a meet-and-greet. Days, times, travel, costs and a realistic start date are set out in a service agreement before support begins.

  5. Support starts and grows with you

If a worker isn't the right fit, tell us and we will work with you to find a better one. Support is reviewed as your goals, circumstances or NDIS plan change.

Common questions

Can I visit your Gorokan office?

Our Gorokan base is an administrative office, so it is not open to clients. We come to you instead: support is delivered at home and in the community, and you can reach us by phone, email or our online form.

Do you only support people in Gorokan?

No. Gorokan is our base, but we support self-managed and plan-managed participants across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Maitland and Cessnock. Contact us to confirm support in your suburb.

How soon could support start?

It depends on your needs, your preferred days and times, and a suitable worker match. We will give you a realistic start date before anything is confirmed.

Can my support coordinator refer me?

Yes. Support coordinators, plan managers and allied health professionals can send a referral through our referrals page, or you can contact us directly.

Who we support

We support participants aged 9 years and older, subject to their needs and a suitable worker match. Everbloom Support is an unregistered NDIS provider, working with self-managed and plan-managed participants. We cannot directly provide supports paid from NDIA-managed funding. We discuss your support needs, preferences and funding before agreeing to services.

Participants and family members can enquire directly or call 0422 528 300. Support coordinators, plan managers and allied health professionals can use our referral form.
